Information you choose to share
When you email us, you may provide your name, email address, order information and delivery details. We use this information to answer your inquiry, arrange and fulfill an order, support you after a purchase, and maintain necessary business records.
How the website works
Product purchase links take you to the secure Squarespace store at remindmedia.ca, operated by Remind Media Inc. Squarespace uses cart and checkout cookies and processes your contact, delivery and order information. Squarespace Payments processes payment information; please never email card details. The contact form prepares an email in your email app and does not submit its contents to a Valley Cards website database. Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the sites.
Sharing & retention
We share order details with service providers, such as a carrier, when needed to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information. We retain correspondence and transaction records for business, accounting and legal requirements, and restrict access to people who need it.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion, subject to any recordkeeping requirements. Please do not send payment-card information or sensitive identity documents through the contact form or email.
