Ordering & payment
Select “Buy online” on any product to shop and pay through our parent company’s secure store at remindmedia.ca. Valley Cards is a registered business name of Remind Media Inc., which processes payments using Squarespace Payments. Stock is checked at checkout and an order confirmation is issued after a successful payment. Prices are in CAD. We do not currently collect GST/HST.
Shipping
Tracked shipping within Canada costs $24.99 for the first item, plus $4.99 for each additional item in the same order. Shipping for two items is $29.98; shipping for all three current products is $34.97. The charge is shown before payment. We currently ship within Canada only. Please contact us before ordering if you have a delivery deadline. We will provide tracking when your order is dispatched.
Local pickup
Choose free Pembroke pickup at checkout. Email info@valleycards.ca with your order number to arrange a pickup time and meeting location. Please wait for confirmation before travelling. Valley Cards is an online business without a walk-in storefront.
Product condition
Products are listed as new, sealed English-language Pokémon TCG products unless the listing states otherwise. Stock photographs illustrate the product; minor packaging variations may occur. Ask for photographs of the actual item and any packaging-condition details before payment.
Returns
Contact us within 14 days of receiving an order to request a return of an unopened item in its original condition. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping; original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return.
Opened trading card products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If we send the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve it. These policies do not limit any rights that apply under consumer law.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the return process applies.
